A chain of affordable restaurants authored and based around the Japanese cuisine, created in 2004. Restaurants LITTLE JAPAN seek to refute stereotypes about Japanese gastronomy: the menu is made up of a variety of dishes. Usual for Japan, but little known in Russia, and representing the entire range of tastes of the country of the Rising Sun. In the restaurant LITTLE JAPAN there is a special and unique atmosphere, allowing visitors to get away from the everyday hustle and bustle and focus on the main thing - the gorgeous and misterious Japanese dishes.
The basic idea of LITTLE JAPAN - a game in journey. Within the walls of this cafe there is mystery of east countries - among national household items, kitchen utensils, masks and panels with the samurai. In the quest for authentic design restaurants avoid archaic ethnic design and add more modernism - even the waiters with eastern appearance wear jeans and t-shirts here, and not a kimono.
In October 2004, all of the capital's fans had a goo reason for joy - in Moscow G.M.R. PLANET HOSPITALITY opened a large LITTLE JAPAN restaurant. Since then, the network has expanded the cafe of the same name and now includes ten points in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Ufa and Nizhny Novgorod.
High level of service in the cafe emphasize gracefully served with Japanese-style tables: laid out in a wicker box napkins, wooden stand for salt porcelain vessel with soy sauce. National Japanese cuisine in the LITTLE JAPAN adapted to the taste of local residents offers original solutions that are based on historical traditions and recipes to make easy, nutritious, healthy meals.
Apart from Temaki sushi, sashimi and barbeque, there are also special offers - gastronomic show teppanyaki (where dishes are prepared on the teppan shining steel brazier, set right in the hall, in front of visitors).
Visiting LITTLE JAPAN begins with a meeting and greeting guests. Everybody can find something to their liking. Children will appreciate the "Menu for the oung guests" with fruit rolls, desserts and homemade ice cream. Always rushing businessmen on weekdays can have hearty Japanese business lunch. Sports fans can watch football matches here or biathlon competitions that broadcast on plasma screens, and in the mornings of weekends young lovers of Japanese cuisine can come to eat and see cartoons.
